2.1 Reservation Requirements: All VIP table reservations require a valid credit card and contact information. Reservations are subject to availability and venue capacity.

2.2 Minimum Spend: VIP table bookings are subject to minimum spend requirements as specified during booking. This amount must be met through food and beverage purchases.

2.3 Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your minimum spend requirement.

2.4 Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the event date. Unconfirmed reservations may be released.

3.1 Cancellation Window: Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.

3.2 No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time without notice will result in forfeiture of your table and any deposits paid.

3.3 Event Cancellation: In the event that we must cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, full refunds will be provided.

4.1 Age Restriction: All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

4.2 Guest List: The primary reservation holder is responsible for providing accurate guest information and ensuring all guests meet age requirements.

4.3 Entry Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not meet our requirements or standards.

5.1 Dress Code: Upscale casual to formal attire is required. No athletic wear, flip-flops, or overly casual clothing. Management reserves the right to determine appropriate attire.

5.2 Behavior Standards: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

5.3 Intoxication: Overly intoxicated guests will not be permitted entry or may be asked to leave the premises.

6.1 Assumption of Risk: Guests attend events at their own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss unless caused by our gross negligence.

6.2 Security: We provide security personnel, but guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.

6.3 Medical Emergencies: In case of medical emergency, we will contact emergency services. Guests are responsible for any medical costs incurred.

7.1 Consent: By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

7.2 Usage Rights: We reserve the right to use photos and videos taken at our events for marketing and promotional materials.

7.3 Personal Photography: Flash photography may be restricted in certain areas for the comfort of other guests.

8.1 Information Collection: We collect personal information necessary to process reservations and provide services.

8.2 Data Usage: Your information may be used for marketing communications, event updates, and service improvements.

8.3 Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.

9.1 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and cash. Some services may require credit card guarantee.

9.2 Gratuity: Service charges and gratuity may be automatically added to your bill for parties of 6 or more.

9.3 Disputes: Any billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the event date.
